Announcing STARFLEET's 2008 International Conference in Ithaca, New York, from June 27th-29th, 2008, at the Ithaca Airport Ramada Inn! Many STARFLEET members already know the Ramada from visits to USS Accord's Watkins Glen Weekend, and they're nearly finished with a major renovation that means everything will be in great shape when we arrive in 2008.

Our theme is Back to School and we'll be taking full advantage of Cornell University and Ithaca College, two major institutions of higher education right here in town. We'll be joined by Rick Kline from the Cornell Astronomy department for a presentation, and have field trips to the Fuertes Observatory, the Ithaca Sciencenter, and the Museum of the Earth.
